Programs described as intended shapes.
Three program spines the firm intends to build around. Each page below is an educational teaser. None of them is an offering, a term sheet, or a solicitation, and none of them describes a vehicle that accepts capital.
Three intended spines
These pages restate how Build Capital thinks about three operating shapes. They use intentional language on purpose: what would be built, not what is open. Where a claim would need a figure to be meaningful, the figure is not published here.
Credit notes
Business-purpose, real-estate-secured notes acquired at a discount to unpaid principal, one file at a time, with servicing treated as the binding constraint and a proprietary-first posture.
Real Assets
Land control, entitlement lift, and sponsor or JV economics, with Onyx General Construction available only as an arm's-length GC partner - never as a merged builder under the holdco.
Community
Mission-adjacent work beside an external nonprofit Managing General Partner. Build Capital would structure capital beside that seat; the nonprofit wall stays intact. Mission Fund I remains unformed.
Not an offering. Read these pages for education about intended program shape. Do not treat any of them as a product page, a subscription surface, or a pitch-deck substitute. Formation and offering documents stay counsel-gated and human-only.
What this section deliberately does not say
There is no yield, no IRR, no preferred return, no capital floor, no minimum, no ask price, no coupon rate, no loan size and no dollar or percent figure anywhere in this section. There is no invest-now or subscribe language, and no claim that an entity, fund or vehicle is formed or accepting capital.
Mission Fund I remains paper only and unformed. It is not listed here as a live program.
Elsewhere on the site
Build Capital Credit describes the broader lending front. Strategies / Real Assets is the thin architecture page for that area. Contact is the human path for questions.
