This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, and nothing sent through this form subscribes you to anything, commits you to anything or begins an application of any kind.
The hello@ mailbox is provisional until the principal creates it and confirms forward. A message sent before that match is complete may not be delivered. Address and phone remain unpublished because none has been established.
What the form asks, and what it does not
What it asks
- Your name, your email address and a telephone number.
- Optionally your state, your city and household size, how you would prefer to be contacted, when, and how you came across the firm.
- Anything else you want to say, in your own words.
What it does not ask
- No financial account details, and no identity documents.
- No question about your investor status, your income or your net worth.
- No document upload, and no payment of any kind.

Where a message goes, and where it does not
Forms currently target a provisional Build Capital role mailbox at hello@buildcapital.online. That mailbox still needs to be created and forwarded by the principal; until then, treat contact as human-only. The former Onyx General Construction Gmail is no longer used on this front.
Optional role mailboxes such as investors@ remain uncreated. No mailing list exists either, nobody has been subscribed to one, and confirmed opt-in would come before any newsletter was ever sent.
What happens after you send
A submitted form returns you to a short confirmation page. There is no response-time undertaking on this site, because none has been set, and a promise about how quickly a message is answered would be exactly the kind of claim this build refuses to invent.
- Messages are read by one principal. They are not routed to a team, because there is no team.
- Nothing you send is used to qualify you for anything, and no qualification question is asked.
