What this site does in your browser
Each statement below names the file it is read from, so a reader can check it rather than take it on trust.
- No analytics runs on this site.
- No cookie is set, and nothing is kept in your browser by this site. There is nothing stored, so there is nothing to consent to and no consent banner to dismiss.
- Every stylesheet, script and image a page here loads is served from the site itself. Nothing is fetched from another host, and no web font is loaded from anywhere.
What the forms in this bundle ask for
The three forms in this bundle are described below by category rather than by field name. None of them asks for a financial account detail, an identity document, or a status a visitor would have to self-certify.
Each also submits hidden values that identify the bundle that rendered the form, leave room for when the page was rendered, and name the page a successful submission returns you to, and each carries an off-screen field a person never sees, which helps tell an automated submission from a human.
Contact form
A name, an email address, a phone number, a state and city, a household size, a preferred way and time to be reached, how you heard of the firm, and anything else you choose to write.
Interest form
A name, an email address, an optional phone number, a state and city, the role you describe yourself as, and a message.
Newsletter field
An email address, and nothing else. No list has been created and nobody has been subscribed.
The privacy notice itself
Everything above describes the artifact. A privacy notice is a different document, and writing one is counsel's work.
Where a submission would go, and for how long
Who would receive a submission, how long anything would be kept, and how a visitor would ask to see or remove it are all unsettled: the address these forms post to belongs to a different company, and the mailboxes planned for this firm do not exist.
