A scenario a bank or a generic lender handles badly, and the specialized business built to handle it well, owned through the holding company.
The five lines are lines of business, not entities. Specialty finance, lending, and debt recovery sit together as Build Capital Finance. Insurance is Build Capital Insurance. Leased, performing property and outside capital sit in Build Capital Management, which is where the property holdings belong rather than under a separate property business. Each company that forms in one of those lines runs on the holding company’s own underwriting, in-house audit, risk assessment, and active asset management, and it is named on this page when it exists, not before.
