Build Capital is a research and design effort. This page states plainly what that means, what it does not mean, and how to read everything else on this site. Read it before any other page.
Build Capital has not formed an entity and has not raised capital. It has not originated a loan, bound an insurance policy, appointed a carrier, hired a manager or acquired an asset. No town, factory or site is a target.
No performance, term, rate or capacity is stated on this website, because none exists. Where a page names a structure, a program or a number, it is describing a plan under research, not a product available today.
Nothing on this website is an offer, or a solicitation of an offer, for any security, loan or insurance product. Nothing on it asks any reader to commit money to anything, and no page should be read as inviting one.
If any page reads as an invitation to invest, lend, insure or commit funds, that reading is wrong. Use the contact path below to report it.
Other pages describe how Build Capital intends to allocate capital across asset management, credit, insurance and real assets, in plain language and with illustrative design. Treat every description of a business, a program, a structure or a term as current intent, not a live product or a promise that it will happen as described.
