Programme business, marked future.

Specialty insurance programmes appear in the plan as something Build Capital Insurance may grow into. They are written there as a future direction, and this page keeps that qualifier rather than quietly dropping it.

An intention, not a capability

The architecture that names this front lists programme work last and marks it as future. That ordering is not decoration. Placing cover for a client and taking on part of the work that sits behind the cover are different undertakings, and the second one is not a larger version of the first.

Build Capital Insurance is structured to begin at the first and to treat the second as something that would have to be earned. Nothing about the second has begun. There is no arrangement, no counterparty, no book of business and no agreement of any kind behind this page.

Future means future. The word is in the plan, it is kept here, and it is doing the same work in both places: separating what the firm intends from what the firm can do.

Why the mechanics are not described here

The language this subject normally uses is language about permission - what an entity may do, on whose behalf, and under what delegation. Build Capital makes no claim of that kind anywhere on this site, in either direction, and a page that borrowed the vocabulary to sound authoritative would be making one by implication.

So the terms are simply absent. That is a deliberate omission rather than an oversight, and it is why this page is shorter on mechanics than a reader who knows this market might expect. The questions underneath those terms belong to counsel, and the firm has not put them to counsel.

What has to be settled first

Programme work sits at the far end of a decision the firm has not made. How Build Capital Insurance would reach an insured at all - directly, through established agencies, through something built between the two, or by financing the premium and leaving the placement to others - is unresolved, and the answer changes what any later programme work would even mean.

That choice is a judgement about what kind of business this should be rather than a research question waiting to be looked up, and the firm's own record names the principal as its owner. Until it is made, no order of build is stated on this site and none should be inferred from the order these pages appear in.

PROGRAMME BUSINESS - FUTURE INTENTION. DISTRIBUTION MODEL NOT SELECTED (C-4)

What is deliberately absent

There is no customer-value figure on this page. The firm's research carries one, it sits inside the same unresolved sequencing question, and its own authors record that the two inputs it is most sensitive to were never found.

There is no commission figure either. Two numbers for the same idea sit in the research on different denominators, and the register's instruction is that they must not be averaged together, so neither is published and nothing is calculated from them. No carrier is named, because none has been contacted.

Nothing on this page is an offer of insurance, an application, or a quotation, and nothing here describes a service that can be bought today.

Elsewhere in this section

Commercial Insurance covers the lines a business buys, Industries is where sector work would sit once it exists, and Build Capital Insurance is the parent page for all three.
