Insurance

The industries we already understand.

Cover meant for the businesses our lending and finance platforms already read: the owner financing a premium, the operator with work under contract, and the storefront a neighborhood leans on.

Who the desk writes for

Owners

Business owners

Cover priced from one file.

A business that would finance its premium and fund the next order with us, so the desk prices its cover from the same file credit already holds.

Operators

Operators and fleets

Crews and routes under contract.

Trucks, crews, and routes financed on work already under contract, so the site and the equipment are read before the risk on them is priced.

Main street

Communities

The places a neighborhood leans on.

The storefronts, clinics, and workplaces held as performing property, so the desk reads a site the holding company would run day to day.

What the desk reads

Whatever the trade, the desk reads the same four things: the site, the books, the loss history, and the owner.

Owners

The policy and the insured, and the order or contract the loan already sits on.

Operators and fleets

The contracted work, and the truck, crew, or float financed to do it.

Main street

The leased, performing property, its upkeep, and its leasing.

Insurance is limited on purpose to the scenarios our lending and specialty finance platforms already read. The desk belongs to the holding company, not to the platform, and it keeps one file for two jobs: the read that prices the risk is the read that tells credit whether the premium can be financed. Cover is meant to be written by us or through a partner carrier, every policy on the same four controls as every other asset we hold.
